Our gentle, yet extremely effective bodywork style allows your tissues to relax and unwind, and allows your mind to do the same. The mind and body are connected, freeing muscles without addressing stress and an overactive nervous system is fruitless. We offer a wholistic approach that brings ease to your mind just as much as your body.
Razan is a masterful massage and bodywork therapist with more than 20 years of expertise in providing support and pain relief to women. She is certified in mind body wellness, grief support, and trauma-informed touch. Upon realizing years ago that the physical pain her clients were feeling was related to their mental and emotional unrest, she has continued to acquire skills that allow her to provide positive touch that addresses you as a whole and not just a body.
FIXD is a safe space. Our emphasis on positive touch and holistic healing allows you to fully relax in our space. We don't have unnecessary rules for being here. We won't try to force you into quiet if you want to talk, or to shut off your phone if you feel safer with it on. Clothes off or clothes on, it's all good here; whatever makes you feel safe and allows us to work safely and effectively. And we have a small chill space for your kids too!
Our mission is to address the root issue, the heart of the matter, so that your relief is deeper and longer lasting. Although we love having you in our space, we aim to empower you with greater body awareness, tools for change at home, and bodywork that begins where is issue began in order to improve your chances of full recovery. We're pain sleuths! Seeking out the original upset, unwinding it, and freeing you to feel good again.

This is achieved with regular self-care. Healing takes time, so consider more frequent shorter sessions or less frequent longer sessions.
