Your healing experience is important to us. These policies ensure each session is safe, effective, and respectful of your time and recovery.
Scheduling & Appointments
- By Appointment Only: All services are by appointment. No walk-ins.
- Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment. Full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the session fee.
- Exceptions: Medical emergencies and sudden illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Post-Surgical Clients
- Surgical Clearance Required: You must be cleared by your surgeon before beginning post-operative massage sessions.
- Dress Code: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. If compression garments are recommended by your surgeon, bring them with you.
- Cleanliness: Please arrive clean and showered. Wounds must be fully closed, with no active drainage.
Health & Safety
- COVID-19 & Illness: If you are sick, have a fever, have tested positive for any contagious illness, or are caring for anyone to whom these statements apply, please reschedule.
- Infection Control: All linens, surfaces, and tools are sanitized between each client Your safety is a priority
- Contraindications: If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure if bodywork is safe for you, please consult your physician first.
Scope of Practice

- Professional Boundaries: This is a professional therapeutic space. Inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.
